Yes, we are open in the winter too!
Welcome to winter camping at Lofoten Beach Camp! We are opening earlier every year with good reasons. Winter camping is getting more popular and we are happy to offer you camping spots with electricity right by our own beach. Our campsite is the perfect place to enjoy the northern lights because of our very low light pollution. Surrounded by spectacular peaky mountains, situated in the middle of western Lofoten, making us a perfect base for exploring Lofoten’s main attractions. Short drives from the camp will allow you to explore Ryten/Kvalvika, Reine/Å, Reinebringen, Nusfjord and a broad selection of other sights. (Be careful and check out hiking recommendations off season).
No pre-bookings, just drop in, find your spot and enjoy your stay! You will find our reception in the Beach Bar in the winter season (February - May).
Surf and Beach Sauna
In the winter season we also offer surf lessons and rentals every day. We know it sounds cold, but you will stay warm in our premium quality equipment and you are always welcome to relax in our Beach Sauna after the session! The Beach Sauna is open every day from 10am-10pm.

The Beach Bar serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as cold drinks, pastries and hot beverages, where you can enjoy your food inside while watching the elegant waves and dramatic mountains.

Dogs are welcome at the campsite, as long as they are kept in a leash during your stay.

CARAVAN / MOTOR HOMES / VANLIFE by the beach
Being the biggest campsite in Lofoten and situated right on the beach, allows our guests to enjoy an excellent sea view with the famous northern lights. We provide plenty of spots with 16A electricity, and spots without electricity.
You will find easy access to gray water and chemical waste disposal, as well as numerous drinking water taps.

THE BEACH HOUSE
Our newly renovated Beach House contains 5 bedrooms, shared bathrooms, and a shared kitchen. We recently upgraded the common area for our guests, to put your focus towards showcasing the incredible view while relaxing after hiking, skiing and surf! Tall, new windows have been installed to ensure that our guests don’t miss a single minute of the Lofoten panorama.
The Beach House has 5 rooms, two small rooms and three mid-size rooms. Each rooms are for two people with two separate comfy beds. (With the possibility to put them together.) You could book either one or several of the rooms.
The kitchen is brand new an fully equipped with good dining space and a beautiful mountain and sea view!
Dogs/animals are not allowed in the Beach house.

the CABIN
Hurray! Our cozy Beach Cabin is freshly renovated! The cabin's 21 m² holds everything you need for a pleasant stay. Enjoy a lovely stay while the midnight sun shines through your window. The cabin comes with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and dining space.
The cabin suits 3 people, with a double bed and a single bed. We are happy to welcome you to our new Beach Cabin!
Dogs/animals are not allowed in the Cabin.
